DesignColor is a web-based content planning and publishing platform that allows authorized users to connect supported social media accounts, prepare media and captions, schedule posts, and publish content through supported platform integrations.

2. Information We May Collect

To provide account connection, content preparation, scheduling and publishing functions, DesignColor may process:

• Connected account information such as display names, handles, platform names and external account IDs.
• Authorization tokens or API credentials granted by the user through supported platform authorization flows.
• Post captions, media links or file references, scheduling details, publishing destinations and status results.
• Technical and operational information required for connection, publishing, status updates and troubleshooting.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used to operate DesignColor, display connected accounts, prepare and schedule content, carry out publishing actions initiated by authorized users, provide publishing status, and troubleshoot technical errors.

4. Connected Services

DesignColor may interact with services such as TikTok, Meta platform services, Google Drive, Google Sheets and automation infrastructure such as n8n, only as required to provide requested platform functionality. Each connected service is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

5. Authorization and Access Tokens

Authorization tokens are used only to perform actions permitted by the connected user and the applicable platform permissions. Users may revoke platform access through the relevant platform or request removal of stored connection data.

6. Data Sharing and Sale

DesignColor does not sell personal data. Information may be transmitted to connected platforms and infrastructure providers only when necessary to perform an authorized function or maintain the service.

7. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of stored account connection data, scheduled content, operational records or tokens by contacting us. Removing information from DesignColor does not automatically delete content already published on a connected third-party platform.

8. Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect application access and stored integration information. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
