1. About the Service
DesignColor is a web-based content planning and publishing platform that allows authorized users to connect supported social media accounts, prepare media and captions, schedule posts, and publish content through supported platform integrations.
2. Authorized Use
You may use DesignColor only with accounts and content that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for ensuring that each connection and publishing action is properly authorized.
3. User Content and Publishing Responsibility
You are responsible for all media, captions and other content prepared, scheduled or published through DesignColor. You agree not to publish illegal, deceptive, abusive, infringing, unauthorized or platform-prohibited content.
4. Third-Party Platform Integrations
DesignColor may connect with third-party services including TikTok, Meta platform services, Google Drive, Google Sheets and automation infrastructure such as n8n. Use of each third-party service remains subject to that service's terms, policies and platform rules.
5. Account Authorization and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts and access to the service. You may revoke platform authorization or request removal of stored connection data where applicable.
6. Availability and Changes
DesignColor may update, restrict or discontinue functionality when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance or third-party platform requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party integrations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DesignColor is not liable for platform outages, revoked permissions, failed publishing attempts, deleted third-party content, or actions taken through unauthorized account access.
8. Privacy
Use of the service is also governed by the DesignColor Privacy Policy.
